No Mechanical Knowledge Needed

A tuning box is a non-permanent modification that connects to your engine via a custom wiring harness. This is easily done by unclipping the specified engines’ original connector, connecting it to ours and re-affixing our other connector to the original connector location.
Example Installation Video and Guide (CRTD4 Common Rail)
Installing your new Tuning Box is a relatively simple process. Just follow the steps below.
- Open your bonnet, firmly grip your engine cover and use moderate force to remove it.
- Locate your Common Rail Fuel Sensor. Remove the female connector from the common rail system and attach it to the male connector on the supplied harness.
- Locate your Air Inlet Sensor. Remove the female connector from the boost sensor and attach it to the male connector on the supplied harness.
- Locate your RPM Sensor. Remove the female connector from the cam sensor and attach it to the male connector on the supplied harness.
Adjusting Your System
Your new CRTD4® Diesel Tuning Box is programmed to a factory recommended setting specifically for your vehicle to give you a mixture of improved performance and fuel economy, which we refer to as optimal.
This setting can be altered to suit your driving needs if required, by using the keypad to change the position of the LED. As you increase the number you increase your vehicles performance. As you decrease the number you increase your vehicles fuel economy.
